- Not all 3D models are suitable for printing, we will review each model and reserve the right to reject incompatible jobs with a 100% refund.
- 3D Printing is NOT a fast process. Some larger items can even take days or weeks to produce. Please budget your time appropriately and explain any deadline at time of order!
- Completed orders not picked up in a reasonable time may be subject to storage fee
- Orders canceled after production has started are subject to material costs and machine time fees
